Privacy

Noble Flame is my private coaching practice, run by Almog from Tallinn, Estonia. I keep the information I collect to a minimum and use it only to work with you. If you have any question about it, email me at almog@nobleflame.life.

What I collect

• When you get in touch through the form: your name, email, phone number if you add it, city, what you’re interested in, who referred you, and what you write about yourself.
• If you become a client or member: your name, email, account details and the notes that are part of our work together.
• Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser) kept by the hosting provider for security. There is no advertising tracking on this site.

Why, and on what basis

I use your details to reply to you and decide together whether to work together (steps before a contract), to deliver coaching once we do (contract), and to keep the site secure (legitimate interest). I don’t sell your data, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Who processes it for me

The site is hosted by Vercel. Messages from the contact form are delivered by email through Resend to my Google Workspace inbox. These providers process data on my behalf under data processing agreements, and some of them may store data outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

If we don’t end up working together, I delete your message within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for the period accounting and legal rules require after that.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, object to how I use it, or ask me to stop using it. Email me and I’ll respond within a month. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the data protection authority where you live.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie, and only when you sign in, so you stay signed in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
