I’m not here to give you theory.
I’ve lived it.
I’ve walked into rooms — and into lives — where trust had to be earned instantly.
I’ve built companies from the ground up, served in an elite military unit, lived in over seven countries, and traveled to more than 20 others — not just passing through, but immersing myself in their cultures and building genuine connections with people.
I’ve also slept on the streets as a teenager, grown up in some of the roughest neighborhoods you could imagine, and understand what it is to be hungry.
And I know what it is to be met with extraordinary kindness — the kind that changes everything.
Everything I teach comes from lived experience, tested in real life, not in a classroom.
From Special Forces to Social Mastery
My early years in the military taught me focus, discipline, and the ability to perform under extreme pressure.
After service, I channeled that intensity into entrepreneurship — founding several tech startups, one of which reached a semi-successful exit (noting significant or life-changing but an eye-opening learning experience), and now building another that’s scaling globally.
Along the way, I became fascinated with human connection — what makes people open up, trust, and connect deeply.
That journey led me to train under James in Sydney, Australia, where I refined my skills in confidence, social presence, and positive masculine leadership — always anchored in respect for feminine energy, in honoring women’s autonomy, and in building connection over coercion.
During that time, I was also searching for something more profound — the right woman to build a life with. I even turned to matchmaking, believing that love and marriage would bring the sense of purpose I was missing. But then, I had a life-changing medical issue, and everything I thought my future would be came to a sudden stop.
That experience stripped me bare. It forced me to confront what truly mattered — to rebuild from truth, presence, and integrity. What began as a search for love became a journey back to myself — the foundation of the work I now share with men through NobleFlame.
Years of Inner Work
While I’ve always been confident with women and comfortable in my sexuality, I knew that true mastery required more than external skill.
I also spent years in a relationship that was deeply misaligned.
I stayed too long, ignored my intuition, and lost parts of myself in the process.
The eventual breakup was one of the hardest — and most important — turning points in my life.
My journey has included:
- Tantra and sexual embodiment
- Yoga for physical discipline and awareness
- Meditation for focus and emotional regulation
- Men’s work circles and leadership training
- Breathwork for energy, presence, and clarity
- Relationship workshops — from communication mastery to conflict resolution
- Embodiment practices — including dance and movement
- Nutrition and health optimization to keep my body performing at a high level
- Fitness and physical conditioning — from personal training in strength and CrossFit to open-water swimming and endurance work
- Executive and leadership development through global startup programs (Techstars, The Junction, Microsoft Startup Accelerator) — sharpening skills in vision-setting, communication, and decision-making under pressure
- Business coaching and strategy work — applying presence, discipline, and influence in high-stakes environments
- Immersive transformational festivals and trainings — including multiple tantra, kink, and embodiment gatherings.
This journey also took me to Sydney, Australia, where I attended workshops directly under Peter and his team at Erotic Living — an advanced school in conscious sexuality, kink, and erotic embodiment. Their work shaped my ability to guide men in expanding not just their confidence in intimacy, but their capacity for trust, communication, and deep pleasure.
These experiences deepened my ability to coach men into becoming fully integrated, grounded, and alive — both in and out of the bedroom.
These weren’t hobbies — they were investments in becoming the kind of man who leads with presence, integrity, and grounded confidence.
That lived experience now forms the foundation of how I guide my clients.
Coaching Philosophy
At NobleFlame, everything I teach is rooted in clarity, integrity, and lived experience. My approach is:
- Direct but compassionate — I tell you the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable.
- Depth over dominance — Power comes from alignment, not force or games.
- Lead with integrity — Who you are off the field matters more than how you perform on it.
- Results built to last — Real change means building habits, mindset, and presence that endure.
Always Evolving
I don’t believe in “arriving.”
In the same way I ask my clients to grow, I hold myself to that standard every single day.
My journey didn’t stop with the trainings, experiences, and breakthroughs you’ve read about above — it continues.
Later this year, I’ll be attending the ISTA Festival in Europe, followed by ISTA Level 1 training — continuing my work in conscious sexuality, emotional mastery, and embodied leadership.
I seek out new teachers, diverse perspectives, and transformative experiences that challenge me to grow in ways I can’t yet predict.
This is the same path I invite my clients to walk — one of curiosity, discipline, and a relentless commitment to becoming more grounded, powerful, and free.
A Life-Changing Turning Point
At one point, I was in the best shape of my life, at the happiest I’d ever been — and then my kidneys shut down without warning.
I tried dialysis for a month before deciding I’d had enough. I checked into hospice, ready to move on to whatever came next.
A close friend refused to let me give up.
Because of that intervention and the generosity of a complete stranger, I received a life-saving kidney transplant.
That experience taught me what real struggle feels like — the kind that strips everything down to what truly matters.
It gave me a deeper appreciation for every breath, every connection, and every moment of progress.
It’s also why I don’t waste time with shallow fixes or surface-level change.
Masculinity, Presence, and Relationships
People tell me I have a strong, masculine energy — direct, high-intensity, but able to slow down and truly listen.
I believe attraction, intimacy, and confidence are skills any man can learn, as long as he’s willing to do the deep, sometimes uncomfortable work.
For me, this isn’t about “tricks” or “techniques.”
It’s about becoming the kind of man women naturally want to be around
— grounded, capable, and unapologetically himself.
Life Outside Coaching
When I’m not coaching, I’m pushing my limits in other arenas.
I’m a PADI Dive Master, former outdoor rock climber, Bondi Lifesaver, and now exploring new challenges from sailing to dancing. I train for strength and fitness, and I spend as much time outdoors as possible — hiking, surfing, and chasing adventure.
I also volunteer as a K9 search and rescue dog handler, having trained and been on active missions in three different countries.
I believe in paying it forward, in true honesty, and in giving without expectation.
Why I Coach
I know what it’s like to feel lost, disconnected, or unsure of your place in the world.
I also know the freedom that comes from mastering yourself — your body, your mind, your presence, and your relationships.
Today, I work with a small number of men each year, guiding them through profound personal transformation.
It’s intense work — but if you’re ready to commit, the results are life-altering.
Ready to explore if we’re a fit?
I don’t advertise, and I don’t take open applications. I work with men I’m personally introduced to — or those resourceful enough to find their way here. If that’s you, you know what to do.
