Why a circle
Most men I work with have plenty of people around them and almost nobody they talk to about what’s really going on. Not about the marriage that has gone quiet, the dating that isn’t working, or the success that feels emptier than expected.
A circle changes that. The same small group of men, meeting regularly, with clear agreements about honesty and confidentiality. Over a few months it becomes the place where you say the thing you haven’t said anywhere else, and hear from men who have been there.
What happens in a circle
- Check-in. Each man says where he actually is, without the polished version.
- One real topic. Relationships, desire, anger, fatherhood, work, purpose. Whatever the group needs that night.
- Practice. Breath, presence and a few of the embodiment exercises I use in coaching, so it isn’t only talk.
- Commitments. You leave with one thing you’ll do before the next circle, and the group asks about it.
Who it’s for
Men who want honest company and are willing to show up every time. You don’t need to be in coaching with me, and you don’t need any experience with men’s work. You do need to keep what you hear in the room.
How to join
The first circle starts this winter in Tallinn. The group is kept small, so places are limited. Join the waitlist and I’ll send you the dates, the schedule and the investment before anything is confirmed.
